About Stephanie
Stephanie Peirolo is a writer and executive coach who bridges the worlds of business, faith, and personal transformation.
Her non-fiction opinion work has appeared in top advertising trade publications and the journals of women’s religious communities—evidence of her rare ability to move seamlessly between secular and sacred spaces. As a storyteller, Stephanie has shared her powerful narratives on The Moth, featured on NPR and in the bestselling book All These Wonders.
Stephanie co-hosts The Bad Boss Brief, a podcast that dives into the real stories behind workplace dysfunction—and what better leadership could look like. She also writes The Consigliera Papers on Substack, touching on topics from work to grief, to dealing with discomfort.
With a BA in Creative Writing from Stanford University and an MA in Transformational Leadership from Seattle University’s School of Theology and Ministry, Stephanie is a board-certified executive coach who brings deep listening, sharp insight, and radical compassion to every conversation. She coaches both corporate and individual clients and leads trainings for both corporate and faith-based organizations, offering practical tools rooted in story, intention, and organizational expertise.
Stephanie is an Associate of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Peace, a community of Catholic Sisters focused on peace through justice across the US and UK.
